summer vinegar love

I have been a lifelong vinegar lover! When I was little I would sneak swigs of vinegar for the pantry and make bizarre concoctions with vinegar as the base! A good apple cider vinegar is still my favorite!
I have also discovered the deliciousness of Fire Ciders this year. My first batch was delicious and the current batch on my counter was made for me by my family and the samples are Yummy!
There has also been a this simple chive blossom infused apple cider vinegar that is so subtle and lovely! I am looking forward to diving into some more infusions this summer- what are some of your favorites?
